We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial tasks and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, familiarity with bookkeeping software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles (PH GAAP or IFRS)
Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience with Philippine BIR compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.)
Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, Salarium)
Familiarity with cloud-based bookkeeping platforms
CPA license or bookkeeping certifications (a plus but not required)
